Floorplans are an invaluable way for buyers to assess whether a property meets their needs. For estate agents, floorplans are an integral part of their service and a means of securing more instructions, whilst also attracting more buyers for their clients.

Being able to look at the internal shape of a property, along with an accurate size, gives a potential buyer all the information they would need. Each of our photographers can visit your property and complete both a floorplan and photography during the same appointment.

Experience 

Having been in business since 2000, we have been providing floorplans to the property industry for a long time. However, we don’t simply provide marketing plans. Whilst we can handle all types of floor plans for residential projects, we can also supply a complete package including specialist property photography (drones, elevated masts, night photography etc.), Energy Performance Certificates and a full brochure design/print service. Our online booking system ensures a streamlined process of placing an order, booking an appointment through to receiving back the assets 24 hours after the appointment has taken place.

We are also the biggest supplier for Matterport in the UK, offering 3D virtual walk throughs of any property, available to view across media devices online 24/7. The Matterport does more than offer an incredibly detailed tour, it can also be used to measure a property, highly accurately, to create a floorplan.

All our floor plans are drawn to the RICS Code of Measuring Practice and are covered by our comprehensive insurance cover. Our surveyors are regularly audited throughout the year to ensure they continue to produce accurate representations of your property.
