RESIDENTIAL VIDEO
We are able to create a video from your existing images (a "virtual video") or a full motion video. Videos are available with either a voiceover, or subtitles.
We supply the video on an intelligent player. This player plays on all mobile devices as well as all browser and operating systems. It also 'sniffs' the connection quality and streams the appropriate quality dependant on the viewers connection.

We have a huge amount of experience in producing brochures in accordance with marketing specific guidelines - our relationships with the most high profile estate agents are testament to this. Our unique online software allows you to make your own brochure amendments online at any time, producing a proof for immediate review. We love a challenge and enjoy creating bespoke work that sets a property apart from the rest. We print on FSC accredited stock by default, can offer recycled options and will advise on different finishing techniques to enable your brochures to stand out from the rest
RESIDENTIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Our professional photographers have a passion for what they do. We trust them to capture the unique style and character of every property. We also offer an elevated photography service, which is an ideal way to show a property within its surroundings. With a nationwide network of photographers, we could complete the shoot within hours of receiving the brief.
RESIDENTIAL FLOORPLAN
Probably the bare minimum marketing requirement these days. Floor plans (like our photography and virtual tours) are always supplied the next working day after the visit to the property and can be in whatever file format suits you best.
RESIDENTIAL VIRTUAL TOURS
Using virtual tours to market a property is not a new thing. ehouse have been the market leader in this technology since 2000 and has consistently improved on it over the years. Our tours have an optional full screen version.
RESIDENTIAL EPC
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows the official energy efficiency rating of a property . Our photographers are fully trained Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) and are able to carry out an EPC at the same time as photography and floor plans, avoiding the inconvenience to the vendor of multiple visits to their property.
