Drawn to RICS guidelines, the plan includes built in furniture and fittings and quotes the approximate Gross Internal Area. For the budget conscious we can also draw plans from your own sketch (or architect drawings).
Our floorplans typically include considerable internal detail such as kitchen and bathroom furniture. Floorplans (like photography and virtual tours) are always supplied the morning after the visit to the property (working days) and can be in whatever file format suits you.
