An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows the official energy efficiency rating of a property, and is a mandatory element of a Home Information Pack (HIP).

Our photographers are fully trained Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs), and are able to carry out an EPC at the same time as photography and floor plans, avoiding the inconvenience to the vendor of multiple visits to their property.
