Residential Floorplans

Our floorplans are all drawn to RICS guidelines and typically include considerable internal detail such as kitchen and bathroom furniture. Floorplans (like photography and virtual tours) are always supplied the morning after the visit to the property (working days) and can be in whatever file format suits you.

Displaying floorplans on the web is not easy given the variations in sizes and shapes of properties - we can if needed supply display files (such as GIF / JPEG) presized to fit your requirements - alternatively we have developed a preview system which shows floorplans in a zoomable format.

Part-service option - for clients intending to produce floorplans on every property and for whom budget constraints are crucial, we have a 'draughting only' service - you fax us your floorplan sketch and we draught it and supply it back to you the following (weekday) morning.
