How it works for Estate Agents

We do not sell software, we provide a service - typically, when you take on a new instruction, you just telephone us the details and then leave it to us. We call the vendor and arrange the appointment at their convenience. Then after the visit we send you photographs/floorplan/virtual tour by email (or you can download them from ehouse online).

If we are producing the property brochure for you, then you send us the text (in a Word document for example) and we set this with the photographs into your corporate brochure style and email you a PDF proof. After your approval, we print it and deliver it to you.
