Planning consent (Ref: CA/09/00894/OUT) was granted on 16 September 2009.
a)
Units 1 & 2 (identified on the site plan under
Accommodation) have been granted B2 and
B8 use or as a car showroom and ancillary workshop.
b)
Units 3, 4, 5 & 6 (identified on the site plan under
Accommodation) have been granted
B2 and B8 use (to include ancillary showroom and/or trade counter in association with these uses) or for the following retail uses:
- Storage, distribution and sale of tiles, floor covering, bathroom fixtures, paint and other building materials
- Hire of machinery, tool or plant
- Autocentre for fitting or sale of tyres and car parts
- Plumbers/builders merchants
- Sale of wine for bulk purchase (min sale 6 bottles)
- Sale of office furniture and ancillary equipment
- Preparation and sale of sandwiches
Units 3, 4, 5 & 6 are permitted retail use on the condition that no more than 570 sq m (6,136 sq ft) and a maximum of two units shall be used for retail purposes, with a maximum of 30% of the floor space remaining being used for ancillary showroom or ancillary retail purposes.
