Road - St. Andrews is approximately a one-hour drive from the Forth Bridge, the cities of Dundee and Perth are easily accessible.
Rail - St. Andrews is well served by the East Coast mainline rail service that stops at Leuchars. There are direct trains from London and easy access to Edinburgh from the station.
Airports - Edinburgh airport is approx. one hour from St. Andrews. Dundee airport is closer receiving flights from London City Airport. Transfers can be arranged from any airport.
