Each cottage is presented to offer the highest finishes and appointments, providing the perfect base to enjoy a really special holiday in this wonderful part of the United Kingdom.
We offer four very high quality, privately owned properties in prime and uniquely located positions in Northumberland for holiday let.
The first, The Sack House, is in a stunning position on the shores of Budle Bay with views to the historic island of Holy Island. Its brand newly constructed upside down design, completed in March 2004, with the living room upstairs allows visitors to take advantage of these breathtaking views. It sleeps 6 people and one pet is welcome.
There is also The Jetty Cottage included at the water's edge of the bay, for guests use, comfortably fitted out with electric log burner in a solid pine fireplace, a pine table with a "lazy Susan" and chairs which can serve as an artist's studio or a wonderful snug to enjoy the superb views included in the Sack House rental.
The second property is Stable Cottage located in the picturesque village of Warkworth with its magnificent Castle and river walks, 50 yards from the River Coquet and close to its centuries old Bridge. This is a groundfloor cottage and is tastefully furnished sleeping 3/4 people and is an ideal base to explore the historic county of Northumberland. One well behaved pet is welcome.
The third property is a brand new barn conversion called The Forge at Budle Bay with spectacular views over the bay to the North to Lindisfarne and to the West to The Cheviot Hills, only 300 yards to the beach and 500 yards from the 12th tee at Bamburgh Castle Golf Club. This is truly a unique property location on this beautiful Heritage Coast, fitted out with the very finest specification including hand built kitchen, open beamed ceilings in both the ground floor lounge and in the upstairs first floor lounge, which boasts the magnificent elevated, panoramic view across the bay to Holy Island / Lindisfarne.
The fourth property is called Stanners Stable Cottage which is situated in the medieval heart of warkworth village, 80 yards walk from the banks of the river coquet.
The property sleeps 6 people, and features ample parking on the stanners river bank, a sun patio, and a log burning stove... A perfect quiet setting for a holiday on the heritage coast of northumberland.
